What is MBSR?
Mindfulness is a learned skill — paying attention to the present moment. MBSR is an evidence-based program teaching mindful awareness practices and how to use these skills in real life. Develop the ability to cope more effectively with both short-term and long-term stressful situations, gaining insight into response rather than reaction.
MBSR is a 10-week class that meets for two and a half hours weekly.
The next class will begin in mid-February and meet weekly through March and April. It will be offered via Zoom on Saturday mornings from 9-11:30 (AZ time.)
